Introduction

   The aims of our group research are i) quantum mechanical understanding of functional materials, such as transition metal oxides, nano-particles, and p-type transparent conductor, ii) searching new materials with novel functionality, and iii) providing and realization of optimal physical parameters for device applications. For this purpose, we synthesize novel materials with the forms of crystal, powder, and thin film. And, their electrical, magnetical, and optical properties are examined. Based on proper understading, we design and tailoring new materials for novel and/or improved functionality. Here we list our main reaserch interests.
